Vallejo Bankruptcy Documents of Interest
I have to apologize for the false alarm on the bankruptcy decision last night. In impatiently awaiting the decision, I mistook the city’s findings of fact for the judge’s decision. To make up for my mistake, I figured the least I could do is to provide some reading material for you on the case while you await the decision. The links below are to the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law from both the city and the unions. Once the decision is released, I will add a link to that document as well and Ron York will be writing an article on the decision.
Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law – City
Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law – Unions
Again, my apologies for the previous error.
