"A new website that reveals how taxpayer money is being spent on lobbying and salaries shows that Clark County firefighters are among the highest paid positions in Clark County.
The Nevada Policy Research Institute the launched the website saying it is part of their ongoing effort to make Nevada government more open and accountable to taxpayers.
'As Nevada confronts significant fiscal and economic challenges, it is especially important today that Silver State citizens be able to see for themselves where and how their hard-earned tax dollars are being spent,' said NPRI President Sharon Rossie."
